This trap is the SCM version of 1930's Animal Trap Model. The spring is .050 thick tempered spring steel with 2 dimples on each side of the spring eye to allow the spring to set lefthand or righthand. The chain with 1 swivel point is attached to a delay action plate. The bail spring is STAINLESS STEEL. The PAN is the coolest part. It has extended legs to allow for easy pan to dog engagement. No more sticking your hands in the way of the jaws. Take this trap out of the box dye and wax it and you're ready go.
